How can I increase ground clearance? Do you offer customers a parts list and where to source parts from? Do mongoose tyres fit the 20” x 4” wheels? Are they better puncture proof?

Hi thanks for contacting us. For now, we don't have an option for increasing ground clearance. We have available parts from our store and the parts list is included once you purchase. If it's a 20"x4" it can surely fit the rear tire, the front tire size is 24" x 4". I can't give any comment about the Mongoose tires puncture-proof feature as we don't have it.
Does the Emojo Caddy PRO 48-Volts Upgraded 500-Watts Electric Trike come assembled?
