How fast do you ship out?

Answer: Usually within 1-2 business days

When will I receive tracking for my order?

Answer: As soon as your package ships out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Answer: Usually 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order or on back order it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that's the case.

Which courier will deliver my package?

Answer: We ship via UPS, Fedex and USPS. It usually depends on the size of the package.

If something is out of stock can I back order or special order it?

Answer: Yes! Please contact us by phone to place your order.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Answer: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders except international orders or orders shipped outside the continental 48 USA.

Do you ship internationally?

Answer: At this time we don't offer international shipping directly through the website because each order requires a special shipping price quote. If you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a shipping price quote.

Do you have a showroom?

Answer: We operate out of an office/warehouse in Wyoming and at this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.

General Electric Bike Questions

Are electric bikes legal in my state?

Answer: There was a federal mandate released which sanctions e-bikes under 750W and 20mph to be legal to be used on public roadways without licensing or insurance. You can read more here.

Are your electric bikes manufactured in China?

Answer: Yes, almost every e-bike is manufactured in China or Taiwan these days due to lower cost of production and manpower and high technological industrial infrastructure to handle large volumes of product manufacturing.

What does twist throtlle means?

Answer: It is basically like having a motorcycle throttle where you twist a small portion of the inside handle in a backward direction to engage the motor and power the e-bike forward.
