Hollywood Racks Returns Policy
Returns: Within 10 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any of the items under the condition that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Consumer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. Contact customer support at 800-747-4085. Products that show clear evidence of use will not be accepted for refund.
If you have received an item with missing parts or components, please contact our sales department as soon as possible so we can ship you the missing parts at no charge.
Return Policy for Defective Merchandise: If any item arrives in less than satisfactory condition as a result of a manufacturer defect or if you receive the wrong product in error, please contact us immediately. A determination will be made to either replace the defective part or replace the entire product and return the defective product to our warehouse using a provided pre paid shipping label. All return items must securely packaged and shipped with the complete RMA form to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Cancelling your order: If you wish to cancel an order either placed online or over the phone, please call us at 800-747-4085 within 24 hours of placing the order.
Greatly satisfied after taking it for a run, it was fast & ride was pretty smooth. The best scooter I have owned to date, so dependable and runs steadily even on a sharp curve. The rear shock absorber built on the frame makes the ride so much more enjoyable.
Customer service is topnotch, e-bike arrived earlier than expected. Got some minor issue with the headlight, contacted tech support and resolved it within a day. Overall ride quality and comfort is great, highly recommended. Five thumbs up!
It is a well made bike and my daughter loves it for her birthday. She can use the pedal-assist when climbing on a hill:)
