Hollywood Racks Shipping time and Delivery Info

We calculate your shipping & handling costs based on the following factors:

• Distance from our shipping point in Los Angeles, CA
• Size and weight of your package
• Speed of delivery

By default we use UPS ground residential for larger shipments and USPS Priority Flat Rate for smaller packages.  For UPS shipments we require a signature for delivery.  If you require express shipment, please contact our sales department at info@hollywoodracks.com

We Alaska or international shipments please contact our sales department at info@hollywoodracks.com.

Lost packages: If UPS or USPS verifies that your package was lost prior to arriving at your destination, we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation or shipments that are lost without confirmation from the shipping party. 

Damage claims: Your shipping party res responsible for damage during shipping. Please contact the shipper within 48 hours of receiving the product and file a damage claim. 

PO Boxes: We cannot ship any items to PO boxes.
